Jen Lear, Realtor®, is a Florida Keys Board of Realtors® member.  Jen moved from Bozeman, MT to Islamorada, FL in 2006 to continue her real estate career in paradise.  A graduate of Stanford University, she worked as a training consultant for 25 years before enthusiastically switching lanes into residential real estate.
